AM I REQUIRED TO BE 21 TO BOOK WITH YOUR AGENCY?

Yes. For all potential clients that may wish to book with us, we require the lead passenger to be 21+. Don't worry, we can still book for those younger than 21, but a parent / guardian must handle booking reservation from beginning to end including the processing of payments.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A PASSPORT BUT WOULD LIKE TO START PLANNING AN INTERNATIONAL TRIP IN ADVANCE?

We love that you'd like to get a head start! In order for us to better assist you and ensure there is enough time to process paperwork and receive your passport, your departure date MUST be at least 6 months away for us to proceed with providing our services. The only exception is if your passport application was processed, submitted and 3-4 months away from your desired departure date.

DO YOU ACCEPT LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS?

Yes. All desired travel with a departure date within 45 days or less to travel will require payment in full. Installments are only available for travel within 60 days or more.

DO YOU OFFER DEPOSITS / INSTALLMENTS / PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes. Deposits are required to proceed with booking for all reservations unless travel dates are 60 days or less away from departure. All invoices show required deposit amounts. Installment plans are only available if your reservation allows.

IS A QUOTE FORM REQUIRED?

Yes. In order for services to be rendered, a quote form must be submitted. No exceptions. A fee is normally charged per inquired destination.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SO TECH SAVVY, HOW DO I PROCEED?

No worries, schedule a consultation and we'll go over everything with you from the proposal process all the way through until trip completion.

DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?

Travel insurance is always recommended and we ask you throughout your booking process if travel insurance is something that you would like to consider. For travelers traveling more than 10 hours away, travel insurance is HIGHLY advised.

WHAT KIND OF TRIPS DO YOU BOOK?

DO YOU ASSIST WITH PASSPORT APPLICATIONS?

Yes. We provide all necessary information to successfully acquire your first passport. If you are renewing a passport, we offer a passport renewal service where we process passport renewal applications online.

DO YOU BOOK AIRBNB'S?

NO! Even if requested, we do not book AIRBNB's under any circumstance. We do book property rentals and villas with credible partners where security is not questioned and staff are present to assist for any reason.

DO YOU CHARGE A FEE FOR YOUR SERVICES?

We ONLY charge a quote fee for individual and group bookings. Destination Weddings are charged a separate retainer / planning fee. We are transparent about any charges before you proceed at the proposal level of planning with us.
