Marvelux Getaways LLC - Policies

A quote form must be received in order for our services to be rendered.

We offer 15 minute consultations that are FREE to not only introduce ourselves but also hear about your desired travel plans and to go over our procedures / policies. We'll be sure to answer all questions you may have and be as realistic as we can regarding your travel plans. All other consultations are subject to our consultation fee.

​All trips 30-45 days or less from the departure date must be paid in full. We cannot guarantee a book-now pay later option. All quotes are subject to a re-quote fee after 10 business days.

All passengers with a desired international trip must have a passport. If you've never applied for a passport before, your trip must be at least 6-8 months away or processing in order for a deposit to be accepted. The only exception is the lead passenger / roommate has a passport.

For those with existing passports, your passport cannot be expired, at least 6 months from expiration date and have at least 2 pages available depending on your destination. Failure to ensure you have all valid passport requirements fulfilled to travel is at fault of your own and not MVG.

All quotes have a minimum processing time of 2-4 business days. Groups consisting of 10+ people (5 rooms) or more have a minimum turn around time of 3-5 business days. All turn around times are based on having all of the necessary information to begin curating your proposal. All quote fees are non-refundable.

All prices listed on the quote sent by Marvelux Getaways are subject to change until a deposit is received. We do not book airfare only. 2 or more components must be booked to render services.

When you approve a package in the proposal sent by Marvelux Getaways, a booking form and payment authorization form must be completed to proceed. No exceptions.

​All packages are reserved with a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.

There is an option on our quote form to include insurance options with your quote. If denied, please note cancellation policies are applicable to your itinerary based on the type of itinerary booked.

All reservations booked with, our partners are subject to all of their cancellation fees and policies.

Once Marvelux Getaways has provided a full itinerary that includes times for each necessary component of your trip, we are not responsible for late check-ins, missed activities or modes of transportation due to any kind of negligence to detail or failure to read emails.

We can assist if possible, in rescheduling but all change fees will apply.

If you've submitted approval and agreed to move forward with a proposal sent by Marvelux Getaways and an unforeseen circumstance arises, please note that a new quote fee MUST be paid IF:
 

• 3 or more weeks have passed after informing Marvelux Getaways

• The destination change

• If the number of people attending have increased into a group
